Hard Work

My husband is a strong hard working man. He married a strong hard working woman, me. ;) lol!! Somehow passing this on to my kids is difficult for me. My hubby is great at it though! He gets those kids to push and work until the job is done. It's amazing to see how proud they are afterwards. :)
I offer an out. Maybe a little too much babying. They need food. They need rest. What they really need is their Daddy's work ethic. :)
I bite my tongue more these days and allow my husband to lead. I will remain a soft spot for our children, but not so soft that they grow up to be adults who can't work hard and finish a task.
I love this new humble approach to my marriage. It truly affects all areas. :)
